The Custom Business Website Plan is a fully managed website service for roofing contractors and home service businesses. For $497 per month, we design, build, host, maintain, and update your business website. Everything is handled for us. Nothing is handled for you to manage technically.
Your plan is billed at $497 per month, starting on the date you sign up. Billing recurs automatically on the same date each month using the payment method you provided at signup. You will receive an email receipt after each successful charge.
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your plan, your site remains live through the end of your current billing period and is taken offline at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

To get your site live, we need access to your domain registrar — the service where your web address is registered (examples: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains). If you're unsure where your domain is registered or how to find that information, don't worry. We'll walk you through it on your welcome call.
If you do not currently own a domain, we will register one for you and manage it on your behalf at no additional cost. This is included as part of your plan setup.
To request a content update, email us at [your email] with the details of what you'd like changed. We aim to complete update requests within 2 business days. Updates are limited to two per month under the standard plan. Additional updates beyond that may be accommodated at our discretion or quoted separately.
You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing us at [your email] with the subject line "Cancel My Plan." There are no cancellation fees and no forms to fill out. Your site remains live through the end of your current billing period. After that, it comes offline. We'll send a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.
We do not accept cancellation requests made through social media, phone, or any channel other than email.
Your website and all associated files remain the property of Website Design Chicago. Upon cancellation, your site is taken offline and the files are not transferred. If you would like to purchase the site files outright at the end of your subscription, contact us to discuss options.
We will keep your site live, secure, and up to date. If your site experiences downtime due to hosting issues on our end, we will resolve it within one business day. We are not responsible for downtime caused by domain issues on your end, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to our onboarding requests in a timely manner, and notifying us of any changes to your business that should be reflected on your site. Delays caused by slow responses on your end do not affect your billing start date.
Know another contractor who could use a website? Refer them to us. If they sign up for a Custom Business Website Plan, you receive one month of service free. There is no limit to how many referrals you can earn. Referral credit is applied after the referred client completes their first full billing cycle.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in Cook County, Illinois.
